OUR MINI EPICS
With an explosion of excited fans and a generous serving of subversive humour, Weta Workshop unveiled its first foray into the world of pop culture vinyls at San Diego Comic-Con 2017. The response to our merry band of Middle-earthlings – Frodo Baggins, Gollum, Gimli, Moria Orc and Uruk-hai Berserker – was immediate: WE WANT MORE MINI EPICS!
Which got us here at the Workshop thinking. What other EPIC worlds could we deliver to film fans and collectors of cool stuff across the globe?
Let’s start with the basics, we said. We’re tackling the A-team: Apes, Aliens, and Angels! We’ve grown the MINI EPICS family to include not only more figures from The Lord of the Rings, but your favourite characters from Planet of the Apes, District 9, and Alita: Battle Angel – each figure as highly stylised as the next.
Endlessly collectible. Totally adorable. These pint-sized figures have BIG personalities. And we’re only just getting started…
